Finished Beautiful Creatures on to the next book

I finished this book today, which I'm glad since I wanted to see the movie for my birthday, so hopefully we will be going today or tomorrow.  I liked the book a lot, I thought it was well written.

On Monday we went back to the The Poisoned Pen Bookstore for a book signing for the author Maureen Jennings, Michelle and I are fans of the TV series Murdoch Mysteries, so when we heard that she would be coming we decided to go.  She was there for her new book, but since I haven't read the first one, I decided to get the first Murdoch book.  I didn't get very far yet, but so far I am enjoying it.  If you haven't seen this show, you can watch the first 3 seasons on Netflix.

Chapter Two and Three of The Boss

I totally forgot to post about chapter two, mainly because I wasn't done with The Blood Gospel, when I got it.  Anyway, the story is getting better and better, and as always it leaves you wanting more.  I think, as of right now my favorite chapter is the third chapter.  I like the chemistry between Neil and Sophie while they are at the restaurant.  I can't wait to find out what happens next.  So far this is 100,000,000 times better than Fifty Shades of Grey

Finished The Blood Gospel

I finished this book this afternoon, I loved it and can't wait for the next one.  I loved the way they brought in real people into the story.  Part of the story reminded me of a Hammer movie, if you are familiar with some of their movies, and then read this book, you might see it as well.
I was looking at the end of the book where it talks about the authors, and I realized that I have a book by Rebecca Cantrell, iDrakula, if I had known that she wrote this I would have brought it with me when I went the signing, hopefully they both come back for the next book, so I can get her to sign my copy.

So right now I don't know what I'm going to read next, there is so much on my Kindle, but I'm leaning towards Beautiful Creatures, since we are going to go see it for my birthday, or Return to Peyton Place.
