I started the tv show before I began reading the book, only because I didn't know it was a based on a book till I looked us more about the show. Then I figured that I would just wait until I was finished with the show to start reading it.
I really enjoyed it, so much so that I started rewatching the show and picked up so much more the second time that I missed the first time. Then after listening to the After Buzz TV podcast I learned about the prequel graphic novel and I went over to the website and read it. (check it out they have it up for free). It was interesting and made some things make more sense.
I can't wait for the next book.
